Summary: Overall Zoho Meetings has worked great. The occasional recording will get lost but for the most part its a solid meeting and video conference platform.

Positive: I like that I can send a link to someone who does not have Zoho Meetings installed and still get in. It's more user-friendly than Zoom. The setup of a meeting week after week is very simple to set up as well.

Negative: sometimes a meeting will not upload after recording and you will never get it from support.

Negative: -There are some minor lags and jitters in the software that can be experienced if you use many features at a time like if you screen share with audio and video you might encounter some lags and latency in the audio transmission.

And the time for employees sharing database is also enhanced.

Summary: It is a great option in the market, but it could be one choice if the price is reduced and more features are introduced. Moreover, it is yet a nice option if compared to other products in the market.

Negative: Price could be lesser, and features could be more. It is easy to understand, but the interface could be simpler.

Summary: Zoho Meeting is a decent option if you want a secure and stable video conferencing app which works straight from the browser with no additional software download required. However, it no longer has a free plan and only provides a two week trial. making it relatively expensive for basic users.

Summary: It's a complete different conferencing tool. Zoho meeting is completely browser based tool. It gives many flexibility to select your premium plans. It very useful as meeting and webinar tool. Premium plans gives you lots of advanced features unlock like scheduling, screen sharing and it supports up to 250 people, that's a huge. But you need to buy expensive plans. It's available on all platform so no compatibility issue.

Negative: Meeting and webinar plans are little too expensive. No customer service in mobile app.

Summary: The use given to this platform is enormous, even more so when we have remote workers who find it difficult to access physical meetings due to the distance between company personnel. That is why Zoho Meeting is essential within our work environment since it allows us easy communication between employees. In addition, it allows us to record meetings and thus be able to give access to information to employees who could not be at the meeting regardless of the reason. Scheduling meetings within this platform speeds up the notification process when a meeting is scheduled for a specific date. This function is very useful and even more so when it notifies each time the days close to the meetings. You can even synchronize the schedules with the Google calendar, Outlook or some other platform where calendars are used and is integrated with Zoho Meetings.

Positive: It does not require a previous user creation to be able to enter the meetings, it is enough to send the invitations by email and for the participants to enter. It is not essential to install Zoho Meeting to be able to enter the meetings since you only need to have access to the Internet and any browser, but you get more advantages when you have a user within this platform and you can also get more out of the tools if you have downloaded its application, for everything else if you are in spectator mode you only need to enter the web with the meeting link. The configuration and implementation is super simple, of all the platforms I have tried this is undoubtedly the easiest to use since it does not even require previous knowledge in this type of tools for meetings and conferences. The scheduling of meetings is simple and easy, it has the essentials to schedule and configure any meeting, both the maximum number of participants who can enter, as well as who can access the meetings and thus prevent external people from entering to disturb.

Negative: I can't believe that it has a terrible screen design when there are many participants in a meeting. I can understand that it is manageable when there are few people since there would be no problem there. But, when it comes to remote work where there are dozens of participants, things change since you have to limit yourself to listening to the participants and trying to guess who is speaking. At least there is a function that does this, but it should not be the case in meetings where anyone can give a point of view without having to speak. I find the quality of the transmissions to be disadvantageous. I have noticed that on other platforms I have no problems with the quality and it is not due to my internet connection since I have done the respective tests and everything has worked out well for me. However, it seems that the Zoho Meeting servers are limited with the connection speed and therefore I do not get good quality when holding meetings. The mobile application has a bit of a delay in the audio, it is annoying to have to exit and re-enter the meetings for this to be solved. This problem does not happen in the desktop or web version.
