Summary: Finding a platform that streamlines the workflow with the ETL process has been the best thing we have been able to use. Our ROI was undoubtedly very well rewarded, we automated various processes that used to take time, we streamlined our workflow much more and formed a base path to continue doing our daily work with the least number of problems and in a united manner. What the work team needed without a doubt was a tool like Zoho Flow, to integrate and recognize that the data can be integrated and joined to create a single one and that seeing it from that perspective everything flows optimally. It gives us the general overview of things without leaving anything out and drives us day by day to improve our productivity, clarifying the vision of our work and with its simple interface proposal, it has been much easier than we thought to improve our performance.

Positive: Zoho Flow is a simple but dynamic platform, it creates a central information center, creating a perfect space in the cloud to automate the workflow. Thanks to the ETL process, we have increased data management, we can migrate the information from where we need it and join it in Zoho Flow to optimize our work and create a continuous flow center. It is much easier to be able to visualize everything from one place, with just a few steps and in a simple way, I can see all our work in a completely unified way and collaborate together with the entire work team thanks to the fact that the projects are much more integrated and It is possible to see all the data in a unified way and with much more sense about what we are doing. Its communications panel is ideal as a collaboration tool, it allows us to optimally maintain communication about the progress of projects with the entire company and achieve much more synchronized progress. I like the option to plan and preconfigure, it gives us a lot more flexibility when working, as well as its comfortable interface, with just a few steps I can drag, drop, and adjust all the daily tasks, the synchronization and migration of data is done efficiently and in good time. It has the necessary tools to better understand the use of the platform, this has been a plus because as soon as we started that material was quite useful. It is quite useful that from different areas of work we can create an optimal workflow, opening the options to various business tasks and unifying everything better than we could have done. Zoho Flow gives a much more global approach and focuses on achieving high work productivity, with various options that allow you to integrate data and without a doubt maintain an exact guide for a continuous and efficient workflow.

Negative: When my internet is slow, everything slows down or goes down and data migration is lost, I would like to have a much more efficient platform when it comes to data migration. The integrations could become limited, its expansion would give us many more possibilities of work and flow. Thanks to the fact that it has enough documentation, I have not had to resort to much customer support, however, when I did, I noticed that they are slow in responding and when they do, it is already too late because I already solved it on my own. Having a Zoho Flow that I can use on my cell phone would give me the peace of mind that I can monitor my work from wherever I am without having to wait until I get to my office to see it from my computer. I know that with future updates Zoho Flow will be able to have much more variability in its options, better updates, and a work system much more adjusted to my needs, meanwhile, it has been really useful for what we have needed it for.

Summary: Overall I really like Zoho Flow as it has helped us create new automation that saves us time and resources.

Positive: It is fairly easy to connect other Zoho applications with Zoho Flow. You can schedule automation workflows so you can remove many manual entries.

Negative: While you can connect to other Zoho apps, you cannot sync the app's data.
