Positive: Zoho Campaigns has a lot of inbuilt email templates available which makes my work very simple. Also, the reports and analytics are very much detailed and help us get a lot of useful insights.

Negative: I do not have any major dislike or discomfort with this product.

Summary: With lesser head counts Zoho Campaigns gave us the ability to run many effective campaigns using its automatic marketing option. Also, it can enable an auto-responder whenever a new user subscribes.

Positive: Zoho Campaigns is an easy to implement platform. It has tons of pre-saved templates to customize email layouts. Its dashboard is clean and simple. The campaign reports are highly informative and give a better story about the current campaign.

Negative: Sometimes we face email delivery issues. When we send personalized emails.

Summary: Overall Zoho Campaigns is easy to use and fits within our budget. I like the templates which help keep your resources and time to a minimum.
