Summary: We would recommend this system to any company interested in using loyalty to grow their brand! The support and interaction have been amazing!

Positive: The Zinrelo program makes implementation a breeze. It's intuitive and and allows you to get started quickly. Once active the program took off! We grew our membership to substantial numbers in the first month. We are really impressed with the performance.

Negative: Not much to complain about. It performs as promised.

Summary: With a dedicated support contact, any issues or questions we have are resolved super quick. It was easy to add the module to our site with our branding, we couldn't be happier.

Positive: Since using Zinrelo we have increased our AOV, and had more repeat customers without needing to advertise outside of our website.

Negative: Some options aren't immediately apparent within the interface.

Summary: The white glove service with Zinrelo is what makes it stand out, as any questions we have go right to our own dedicated support manager. He responds quickly and always gets the problem solved for us.

Positive: We love that Zinrelo is both a Loyalty Program software and Referral Program, as it makes our lives easier. Everything is customizable from the design to the various activities, tiers, and point ratios.

Negative: None, any issues we have come across have been worked out swiftly by the support team.

Summary: Zinrelo has been a great to work with. We were able to navigate through the COVID pandemic with relative ease thanks to Zinrelo.
