All banking information in one place

    Date: Nov 22 2022

Summary: I've heard about the other digital banking platforms and can confidently say that Zil Bank is by far the best one out there.

Positive: I tried Zil Bank a few months ago, after my bank's security was compromised. I found the process of signing up for the app to be very easy and straightforward, and I like how it has all of my banking information in one place. I don't have to go through multiple apps to find what I am looking for. It also has a great feel and interface design- not too flashy, but colorful enough that it doesn't.

Negative: Too many services inside, which was confusing at first. But made life easy after learning all.

    Worst Communication, Customer Service.

    Date: Jul 14 2022

Summary: I asked before initiating the account if I would be able to make international wires and they confirmed it's doable, I had to call the customer service everyday for more than a month to activate my account and they asked me to upload my documents many times, not to mention that they were asking for the same documents every time and then they confirm it's the last time to upload and I will have the account up and running in a bit but then they don't communicate until I call them and they answer with "Sorry, you have to upload the documents again" not to mention that one of the reps emailed me with the most rude way ever! And finally after initiating the account, they told me that I am not allowed to make international wires and it has to be in the future while I clarified I will need to make international wires before starting all of this, so if your business is about timing and for, I don't recommend them at all.

Positive: They are free of charge to start an online bank account, system is user-friendly and easy to be dealt with.

Negative: They are the worst customer service I have ever got exposed to with all due respect for the respectful reps I talked to but they are not professional and very misleading.
