Summary: Apparently one of the few people who works at the company prefers to play Dungeons & Dragons rather than work. If you want a serious company, better RUN YOU FOOLS!!! Or you will end up in the darkest part of the Mines of Moria.

On Friday the 13th, and as if it were a nightmare, they left us without a website and without emails. They didn't even notice! We had to open a ticket. Then they told us that it only affected almost 300 clients out of 50,000 they had. We doubt they have that volume of clients. Some compulsive liars.
After almost 1 month without recovering our website, we told them via ticket that we would take legal action. After that, they suspended our account like little children with a tantrum (see screenshots in the review on his Google Maps).
