Positive: I had a Facebook Business issue that for years no one could fix. Nadia Ross and her talented team at Zentap were relentless in solving the problem and they did!!!

Negative: That I wasn’t able to give Nadia a hug for a job well done!!

I'm usually skeptical of what companies tell me, because they don't always keep their word. Zentap has been amazing, everything they have told me has been right on. I would definitely recommend them!

Negative: At this point, I don't have any negative things to say. I have only been with Zentap for a couple months, but I am impressed with their work!

Negative: With Zentap there are not cons, using Zentap and their team is too easy. Great company that takes all my stress away from managing my social media platforms.

Summary: My experience has been excellent and their ad content and design is very good. I also like the quantity of content that I get.

Positive: I do really like the ads that Zentap puts together. They are well done and very relevant. They even do specialized ads like videos on market stats in my primary area. When I have needed anything, my account manager, Ashley Kay has been great to work with. She responds quickly, has good product knowledge and is always positive and courteous.

Negative: Honestly, I have liked everything with the program so far.

Summary: Incredible company that takes all the stress away from managing your SM platforms. This allows you to build your SOI and concentrate on filling your pipeline of future buyers and sellers. Zentap is client eccentric, always ready to help, and has so many options to fit your budget.

For almost 5 years now, I've been using Zentap to manage and automate my social media presence.
As a broker with a team of 600 agents, I can attest to the power of Zentap's services to help grow my brand online.
Zentap's expertise and customized approach have been instrumental in enhancing my online presence to help me grow my business. Their services have allowed me to save time and money while still having someone handle my social media and online marketing.

Negative: There are no cons, Using Zentap and their team is too easy.

Summary: OVERALL 10/10! I have gained new exposure on my social media platforms all across the board. I have also been given depth insight standing out from my competition! I can hit target audiences and I can expand and discover new information to them at a click of a button or having Zentap schedule there automatic post out. I am gaining new experiences, and expanding my creative side using their platform, love it!

Positive: I enjoy using the app everyday, I am able to choose different content to produce for my audience manually or have them schedule it out with my doing. I appreciate the relevant information to my social media audience, I love the app and would be recommending it to all the local agents here at my current realtor agency.

Negative: There are so many features, its very hard to have any cons, that being said, I have absolutely no cons. thank you.

Summary: Misrepresented services, didn't do or perform services that I was offered and purchased. Rude and ineffective support.

Positive: Nothing, failed services, didn't do or perform services that I was offered and purchased. Rude and ineffective support.

Negative: Never did anything that was represented prior committing for a year. Horrible and rude customer support.

Summary: They CANNOT do targeted Facebook ads, and they admitted to me they have to communication with Facebook outside of what I can do myself. They suggested I handle it all with Facebook Ads.

Positive: Makes posts on social media. But they can't solve issues with Facebook nor can they do targeted Facebook ad campaigns.

Negative: Posts are very canned. When I asked if they could help me advertise with Facebook a listing out of my area (targeted ads), they assured me they could and do it all the time. Then after much back and forth, they admitted they didn't really understand Facebook policy on advertising real estate, and suggested I just forget that and go with Instagram. They knew no more than I did and could not make the Facebook ads work for targeted ads.

Summary: Total crap.
Totally ignored.
Total waste of money.

Positive: I joined 12/10/2021 & was billed and have emailed for help multiple times. I was led to believe I would obtain leads for new clients and not 1 thing has happened and not one response from the company ZENTAP for many weeks now. I am trying to be canceling and dispute the charge on the credit card, but fear this is a bait and switch company that will not be around for long. Complete Scam as why wouldn't anyone respond to me after weeks of trying?

Negative: Zentap's ability to respond to numerous emails is zero out of multiple attempts I contacted support and the 3 involved in setting me up but not one response has been received, only an auto-generated response or email that says they are posting, such BS. I own this corporation for 26 years and I say not ever to use Zentap.
