Summary: We hired YesEvents to assist with planning a 125person scientific conference. They took care of registrations & payment, abstract submission & review, etc. Nichole worked closely with us to tailor the software platform to do what we needed. They also assisted onsite during the meeting. We are a non-profit and found this to be a very affordable solution compared to other options.

Negative: We had a bit of a learning curve with the software they used, but it did most of the things we needed. Creating a program book from the online platform was a bit of a hassle.

Summary: We have a long-standing relationship with YesEvents as our go-to event manager because we are so happy with their product and their ability to adapt their services to whatever we need for a conference. We enjoy working with their amazing personnel, too.

Positive: We have been using YesEvents for both in-person and online conference for at least 6 years. We keep coming back to them because they are so easy to work with, so accommodating to the needs of our conferences, and are reasonably priced. They are always updating and improving their technology and services. We couldn't ask for a better event manager. We're staying with them!

Negative: Off the head, I honestly can't think of a con. When we discover a glitch, they immediately have a fix. What more could you ask?

Summary: We love working with YesEvents for the past 10 years! They are essential to our team, and I feel so comfortable with them at the helm of registration.

Positive: YesEvents is dedicated to their customers. They work tirelessly to make sure registration has no stone unturned, and that registration is ready to go on event day. They catch duplicates, misspellings, odd requests, etc. A big bonus is that they are able to respond to customers' questions via email or dedicated phone line. This is something that saves our small office so much time. I don't know of another service that can handle this level of customer service!

Negative: I really can't think of a con for YesEvents. They make my job so much easier!

Summary: Managing technical conferences is an exacting process and the quality of the vendors greatly impacts the success of the conferences. YesEvents has been an invaluable asset and has contributed to the success of my conferences.

Positive: Their professionalism not only in dealing with me and my staff, but also with our attendees. Also, their knowledge of our conferences and how we manage our conferences have helped to create a seamless working experience onsite. YesEvents has always been very responsive in all phases of the registration process. I would highly recommend this group.

Negative: Not a thing. It has been a very positive working experience with them.

Summary: There are always stresses, changes and immediate deadlines when managing a large conference that includes very specific criteria. YesEvents exceeded our expectations by providing creative, prompt, viable solutions to lead us through the process that ended with a very successful event!

Positive: The People! Nichole and Terrah know their product and the business of guiding users to solutions that best meet the needs of the customer.

Negative: I have no cons to share. Nichole and Terrah exceeded our expectations and provided support and solutions for everything within their control.

Summary: Pretty user friendly once customized and is very helpful software package to keep things organized.

Positive: Once the program is customized it seems to work pretty well. There is a bit of a learning curve though.

Negative: Some of the steps seem to way to long to get to a final result.
