    Great service for scientific conference

    Summary: We hired YesEvents to assist with planning a 125person scientific conference. They took care of registrations & payment, abstract submission & review, etc. Nichole worked closely with us to tailor the software platform to do what we needed. They also assisted onsite during the meeting. We are a non-profit and found this to be a very affordable solution compared to other options.

    Positive: We received very personalized attention and our meeting planner Nichole was flexible to our needs. Nichole worked closely with us to tailor the software platform to do what we needed. She also assisted onsite during the meeting.

    Negative: We had a bit of a learning curve with the software they used, but it did most of the things we needed. Creating a program book from the online platform was a bit of a hassle.

    Summary: We have a long-standing relationship with YesEvents as our go-to event manager because we are so happy with their product and their ability to adapt their services to whatever we need for a conference. We enjoy working with their amazing personnel, too.

    Positive: We have been using YesEvents for both in-person and online conference for at least 6 years. We keep coming back to them because they are so easy to work with, so accommodating to the needs of our conferences, and are reasonably priced. They are always updating and improving their technology and services. We couldn't ask for a better event manager. We're staying with them!

    Negative: Off the head, I honestly can't think of a con. When we discover a glitch, they immediately have a fix. What more could you ask?

    Summary: We love working with YesEvents for the past 10 years! They are essential to our team, and I feel so comfortable with them at the helm of registration.

    Positive: YesEvents is dedicated to their customers. They work tirelessly to make sure registration has no stone unturned, and that registration is ready to go on event day. They catch duplicates, misspellings, odd requests, etc. A big bonus is that they are able to respond to customers' questions via email or dedicated phone line. This is something that saves our small office so much time. I don't know of another service that can handle this level of customer service!
