Summary: Has so many benefits not just to the user but also the restaurant. Yelp has basically provided the digital infrastructure needed for restaurants, small and big to make their daily tasks easy and never be afraid of scaling up!
Positive: - Yelp has its presence on both the desktop and the laptop, this makes it very easy for restaurant owners to enable individual people with a centralized communication system whether they are inside, outside or around the restaurant. It also makes handling delivery teams much easier.
Negative: - Not a major con but it would be nicer if yelp could send out a conformation message once the restaurant has accepted the reservation request.

Summary: Overall, I will always find myself using the Yelp Reservations so I don't have to sit at a restaurant for an hour plus for my dinner.
Positive: I love using the Yelp Reservations and mainly use it when I am reserving a time to go to a restaurant. It is very easy to use and I love that once you make the reservation on Yelp it adds it to my calendar on my phone and sends me an email and text reminder.
Negative: Even though it is easy to use, it definitely isn't pretty on the eyes. The design could use some update. It looks like early 2000s when you go to the webpage.

Summary: Could be a helpful option to help establishments organize their reservations and get tables full if they used it correctly.
Positive: If provided the option from the business and then also used executed by the establishment this can be a good resource for customers.
Negative: Isn't utilized by all restaurants, making it not as reliable.

Cancelled me the day before Date: May 13 2023
Summary: Overall it was a terrible experience to have you reservation for mother's day for my 90 year old mom, canceled the day before mother's day.
Positive: Was easy to use. They confirmed by email and text.
Negative: I got a confirmation email a week before my reservation and again a text with a confirmation the day before. Then at 6:49 pm the day before mother's day with family driving 2 hours to get here I get a text canceling my reservation. I called the restaurant and they were kind enough to book me for the same time on mother's day as the reservationI made over a week ago. I'll never use this service again.

Restaurant reservation Date: Nov 24 2022
Summary: I made a reservation for Thanksgiving dinner 3 weeks in advance. Yelp sent me email confirmation when the reservation was made and text confirmation on the day before. On the evening before Thanksgiving, the restaurant called to cancel because they are always closed on Thanksgiving. So, I had to scramble to find another place for my family and I to have Thanksgiving dinner. Clearly my experience with Yelp was terrible. By the way, Yelp is still taking Thanksgiving reservations for Drunken Fish.
Positive: The service was easy to use. I was able to pick the date and time of the reservation without any difficulty.
Negative: The service is not reliable. Yelp allowed me to reserve a table at The Drunken Fish in St. Louis on a date when the restaurant was scheduled to be closed.
