Summary: Overall, it is easy to use and highly recommend to anyone or anylab.
You will also need to reinforce the team to use it to avoid double booking tho.Positive: Easy to use, just book the hood you need and whenever you need. I like that they also send us confirmation link so that you don't forget that you book a particular hood/machine.
Negative: Sometimes there's a lag between reserving it but nothing bad stand out besides that.

Positive: - You are able to check the available space through the timeline.
- booking and cancelling is easy.
- you get email notifications for room booking and calendar invite which is helpful when busy and for planning.
- You can adjust your booking and invite others as well.
- Meetings can be booked ahead of time especially recurring ones.

Positive: Having both a map and timeline view allows for easy booking and also makes it convenient to find your co-workers who are in.

Positive: 1) The graphical representation of the floor layout makes it easy to understand which desk I am booking. Also helps to find other members of my team when I'm in the office.

3) Easy to view and manage my bookings. The UI is intuitive.

Summary: I am not great with technical apps but this seems to be very straightforward to use and takes very little time to make a booking.
Positive: Very easy to use. Allows me to select places to work at locations, dates and times that suit me. If I need to cancel, that is not a problem.
Negative: Nothing much I can think of, though sometimes my ability to zoom in on a specific area within a building is not straightforward.

Positive: Very simple to use and navigate. Gives transparency on the wider team. The design is very clear and menu navigation works well. Could see how it can be tailored to suit individual companies.
Negative: Sometimes forget to book space. But that's my own issue and isn't something I'd be critical of. There might be a reminder alert that I haven't found yet.? Also if a meeting goes over, perhaps an alert to warn the next user might be helpful?

Summary: Easy tool to implement. Yarooms team very strong on on boarding, data conversion and training/upskill. Support has been very strong since go live - responsive and articulate.
Positive: Easy to use, cloud based with great support from yarooms team for setup and initial usage. Solution works well for our model of room bookings, with shared tenants using shared rooms. Mobile app and tablet interfaces work well and are not cluttered or bloated - just do what they need to

Summary: Good app overall. Booking and check in process is seamless and easy to navigate. If the one con was to be addressed it would make it easier to move around the same day and sit in different areas as needed.
Positive: Great app to use for larger office spaces. I have used this app for over 6 months now and don't have anything bad to say. I can use it on my laptop or my phone which makes it easy to use on the go.
Negative: Can't book multiple times in one day. This comes handy when you need to change floors or areas on the same floor. Once you cancel your seat for the day you cant book another if you want or need to move work stations.
