Summary: Since we used Eversign we have adapted very well to remote work, we managed to maintain a synchronized agreement with our clients and business partners, even when we changed our work to something virtual, we were able to keep business current and functional. I think it has been a solution for many people, including us, and the change has been significant for our work, speeding up and enhancing our projects, saving so much time and reaching the point of agreement quickly, has undoubtedly given us a push to achieve that in our services and products we achieve minute details to make everything work much better than it did before. In addition to this, it has been the ideal tool to keep all our important documents in order, we can view the status of the agreements, if it has already been signed or not, be able to customize each document at our convenience and be able to access them every time we need them help from wherever we are. Negative: In general terms, Eversign is a practical and easy-to-use platform, however, it would be ideal to be able to access the documents without an internet connection, this would be a plus to be able to resolve doubts about something that we want to know at the time of the agreement and that we do not have. access to an internet network. Another thing is the intuitiveness to create a document, at first it was not very easy to speed up the creation of contracts and learn to manipulate all the tools, but with time and learning everything became easier. The editing process is not very comfortable, sometimes we finish the document, we want to change something, and it is not possible for us unless we create the document again.
