    Summary: Avoid at all cost, especially if you are thinking to use their payment feature, XanPay. Get ready that your customers will be unhappy and thinks your site is incapable due to XanPay's slow response on errors. XanPool/XanPay. Same team, small start up with no proper SOP.

    Positive: I got to say I enjoyed my time with XanPool at the beginning where their rates and fees were reasonable.

    Negative: Withdrawal for referral is set at a high limit.
    Support team is slow in replying, 48-72 hours, slightly better than TikTok support team if not on par.
    Doesn't allow for large sum purchase, and limited purchase every 24 hours.
