Discussions can be focused on the incident approach, the first reconnaissance, or the first deployment decisions. The individual setup allows the participant to be immersed in a virtual scenario, while the instructor can adjust it based on their decisions. This setup is great for individual training and assessment. You can train multiple people in multi- or mono-disciplinary exercises with the team setup. One or more instructors can take charge of the role-playing and learning objectives. Training exercises for teams are a great way to improve communication and report-writing skills.
