Summary: For an app that works this well, it is a shame that you have to wait 2 days after purchase and installation to get it started. Some have reported it working in the first day but it really had me on the edge of my seat on the second.

Positive: It works. All the features are nicely displayed in the control panel and it regularly backups too so you get the most up-to-date information whenever you check in. Great from a functionality point of view.

Negative: Takes ages to make the initial backup. You might even question whether it is working altogether at times. Slow process.

Summary: The chat support has been one of the useful parts of my Xnspy experience. Whenever I had a question about using the app or understanding a feature, the support team was available to help and provided clear guidance.

Negative: I haven't had any major issues with the chat support so far.

Summary: We set up xnspy on school-issued devices to track students activity during the day. It helps in spotting patterns and keeping things within expected use without constant supervision. Summary: I am quite satisfied with the app performance, but they could improve the data syncing for overall old Android versions, as most of the people in my company don't own the latest Android models.

Positive: Tested this app on multiple Android devices for employee monitoring and it worked well on them. I liked the clean dashboard and could easily switch between different devices through one dashboard.

Negative: One thing I noticed that bugged me was that Xnspy worked flawlessly on the latest Android models but struggled on the outdated and old Android devices. The data syncing was slow, and it took a while to set up.

Summary: the app functionality is no doubt top-tier. Just need some work on the web dashboard interface, which makes the overall user experience better.

Positive: Xnspy does have everything I was looking for in a monitoring app. The app syncs data instantly, doesn’t lag, and works in stealth mode. Remote commands are easy to access and execute.

Negative: I don’t like the interface of the app. For an old-school like me, I want a clear dashboard where all the tabs are present at one glance. Sometimes it takes me longer to find a tab I am looking for, and I have to scroll down far on the dashboard. All these tabs and icons get a bit confusing for me. It would be better if the main screen had all the tabs displayed.

Summary: It didn't meet my expectations. It takes a long time to set up and also takes a long time to synchronize the data. I also faced compatibility issues with my iPhone, so I contacted support, and they helped me integrate my iPhone. It doesn't track 100% of data and needs major improvements in reliability and performance.

Positive: It has a very user-friendly interface and offers a bunch of tracking features that make it an all-in-one option for overall supervision.

Negative: The installation process is complicated, and data syncing is slow and inconsistent. Some features don't always work as promised, which makes the experience frustrating.

Summary: Target phone lost is connection with XNSPY's server and was told no refund would be granted. Refund policy has no prorated usage.

Positive: Worked well when target phone was connected to server. They helped with support of software but were not cooperative with premium refunds.

Negative: Poor customer service, was told to reinstate app on phone that was 1500 miles away.

Summary: Look elsewhere if you need quick responses, decent customer service, and surefire software.

Positive: Purchased a single phone monitoring plan for one employee to test.

Negative: The phone was compatible according to their website. Upon installation we immediately ran into troubles. Contacts were viewable and not much else. Support was contacted and after hours of troubleshooting and even giving remote access to their tech support, the software failed. We asked for a refund and were informed it would be partial. After 3 months with no refund we contacted again and were advised that we would receive no refund because the software is compatible.
