    Awful Support Shoddy Compatibility

    Positive: Purchased a single phone monitoring plan for one employee to test.

    Negative: The phone was compatible according to their website. Upon installation we immediately ran into troubles. Contacts were viewable and not much else. Support was contacted and after hours of troubleshooting and even giving remote access to their tech support, the software failed. We asked for a refund and were informed it would be partial. After 3 months with no refund we contacted again and were advised that we would receive no refund because the software is compatible.

    Summary: Horrible, never again, there are plenty of options, keep away from this one.
    As a user of other softwares of this kind, this was the only one that truly disappointed me.

    Positive: Having the option to record surrounding sounds.
    Dashboard design is nice, too bad that most features won't work.

    Negative: 1 - Most features require root and android <=9.
    Having used other application, I can now see that I was very well before changing to XNSpy.
    2 - Horrible customer experience; Ms Amelia Jesse basically told me to "read before buy" and closed the ticket.
    3 - Chat and support handled by the same person, so, it doesn't matter where you make your complaints, Ms Amelia Jesse will shut you down immediately.

    Customer service is AWFUL

    Summary: They refused to let me talk to anyone else and was patronizing by telling me that 30% is a "handsome amount of money" I asked where the business was located and she replied with "cyprus" I said where is that and she said "google it". What the heck is this business and how could they possibly have any type of good review?!

    Positive: Nothing about this program worked. I was refused a refund, and patronized. This business should be illegal.

    Negative: I reached out on support and sent an email. They responded telling me that the target phone was updated out of the scope of their compatibility. I responded and requested a refund for the services because I would not be able to use them. I didn't get a response so I reached out via chat. Amelia Jesse was extremely rude and nasty to me. She told me I didn't respond the their initial email. I sent proof and then she was very nasty and hopped on the defense and said I was calling her a liar and that their system had issues. I paid for a YEAR of service up front and used (really nothing because it didn't work) for 11 days and they offered me a 30% refund. BEWARE BAD BUSINESS.

    Summary: I bought this software on 12th Feb and I am facing issue since day 1 sometimes with call recording, WhatsApp update etc. Customer service team does help you in all your queries very efficiently but you need to access the target phone for that. XNSPY came with 2 updates since 12 Feb 2021 i.e within span of 90 days I was asked to uninstall and then reinstall the software on target phone to get update, if I had such easy access to target phone why would I buy any spy software and how does it make XNSPY a spy software, I would rather rate it as another call recording software with a big loopholes, it will just give you onesided recording.

    Positive: Good customer service, they are available 24/7 to solve your query which will need access to target phone.

    Negative: Frequent update (every 30 days) which needs access to target phone else software stops working, don't know what they update so often.
