Summary: The reviews on here would have you believe this app doesn't work at all! That's not the case, at least in my experience. Once you get over the slightly erratic installation, its pretty much smooth sailing. Locations come in, texts are up to date. It did take pretty long to sync initially despite the customer support rep telling me it would take about 24 hours.
