Summary: Wrike has served to coordinate the realization of all our projects, allowing us to cover all the processes from the beginning of its development to the completion and launch of the same, which demonstrates the great usability of the platform and the enormous capacity it has, enough to be able to do many projects over time.

Positive: With Wrike we can not only create and organize our dashboards (where we can assign all kinds of data about the stages that have been developed during the realization of the project), but it is also possible to transport information from many other platforms oriented to project management.

Negative: Wrike does not integrate with many cloud-based platforms through externally configurable API tools, which makes our conventional working methods relatively difficult, but it is still very useful in group coordination, and it is possible to export data from the platform to our physical disks.

Summary: We are very excited about the idea of continuing to employ the use of Wrike in optimizing dynamics for our project management. We are satisfied with the results we have obtained by managing each team planning process from a single activity calendar that can be accessed by everyone.

Positive: Scheduling work material deliveries within Wrike is extremely convenient, since it allows us to access data for each point or stage of the project that we designate to work on as a group or individually, so that we can track everything that happens exactly at those stages.

Negative: Managing the release operations of the developed work material is possible within Wrike, but the results are not adequate considering that the platform does not automatically update the last recorded work part (if done in time), so it is useless to wait for this to happen after altering the work in previous stages.

Summary: When it comes to improving performance and keeping all the work in order and the content up to date, Wrike makes life easy. Wrike's deployment is always at our fingertips, as it can be managed from mobile devices at all times (either Android or iOS). In addition, Wrike provides its error tracking tool, recommended to create reports on incidents and thus not fall into the same management error more than once.

Positive: With its excellent task management it will facilitate our team the tedious task of manually evaluating any activity or project, since everything can be stored in the cloud it is almost impossible to have problems with activity records. In addition, it allows to write down all the new ideas in the group, in case at some point something new or innovative is needed in the projects. The platform is ideal for keeping employees up to date, organized and supervised at all times of labor management. If the desired goal is to maintain order and aesthetics at all times at work, Wrike is the right service for you.

Negative: Something that should be worked on in the software is the impediment of real-time editions by not having integrations with videoconferencing software, as it is very limiting to be in a group conference and when making changes must wait to finish the conference to modify the content or ideas.

Positive: Wrike has the best reporting and visibility tools that allow project managers to see what team members are working on and the status of the project at a glance. Project managers have less time assigning tasks to team members and can also bring external partners in the loop.
The customizable templates saves teams a lot of time as they can work on similar projects without starting from scratch.

Negative: Navigating through completed tasks is not easy since the default task filter automatically hides any completed tasks.

Summary: Overall, Wrike has been a game changer as it helps us to view due dates on projects, track cost and time on projects etc.

Positive: Pricing is affordable and is billed per user.
I like that Wrike improves project and task visibility via GANTT capabilities.

Negative: Wrike do not encompass free access capabilities unlike other PPM software.

Negative: Very simple to use and understand. Perfect software for work management.

Summary: Just fills my inbox with more notifications. Good side is that it is useful for tasking and keeping track of tasks that you still have outstanding in your cue but I just feel that there are already plenty of tools to do this in use.

Positive: Commenting and tracking on documents are good, easy to see where people left input and keep up with tasks.

Negative: I feel like there are other products we already use every day such as email tasks, deadlines and collaboration through Office 365 that do the same tasks and this is just another tool to do that.
