A new 4D infrastructure for building the industrial Metaverse. A platform that allows large industrial companies to measure, analyze and integrate AI-based automation into their ground floor operations. We create live digital twins that capture real-world processes and turn them into a data stream. We then identify in real-time, using our AI, the critical variations that cause inefficiency, lower productivity, or unsafe environments. The clients are empowered to reimagine, automate and optimize their processes. This unlocks massive value that was previously unrealized. Sensors can cross-validate and increase confidence in what they are sensing by using context. They also show what is actually happening with people and processes. We start by combining data from 3D files with 2D floor plans in order to map a physical space. This includes the location and capabilities for all sensors within the facility.
