    What a ripoff

    Summary: Yuk. Got a 1 star because there are no 0 star options. Disappointed, false advertising.

    Positive: Nothing was good about it.

    Negative: I searched for a free photo editing tool and PixCut was suggested. I googled again, is it completely free? Well yes it was supposed to be. I uploaded a blurred picture and selected the appropriate tool. The result didn't look any clearer than the original. I downloaded it anyway and tried again. Again, crappy results. When I went to download it, I couldn't. I needed to pay. I would never recommend this company or their product.
