    Summary: Glitchy interface. Had issues with direct deposits and was understanding at first. Support is slow to respond, can only reach them via chat or email. They gave a series of resolution steps and promised to refund their 1% fee due to the error Took the first resolution steps they gave and ran into another system error, resulting in me only receiving 70% of my pay. That was last Thursday.

    Reached out Friday for an update to no avail. Circled back again Monday and the chat support rep Ravery, stated they were still working on the issue and would follow up with an update. Now it is Wed afternoon. No update and my full funds are over a week delayed. Sent a message asking for an escalation yesterday 4/30 and have yet to receive a response. At this point, I feel like I have been stolen from and am currently being gaslit in the process.

    Positive: Not a thing.

    Negative: System is glitchy.
    Hard to reach a person.
    Horrible customer service slow resolution.

    Summary: Terrible terrible terrible absolutely 100 support. No way ti contact a person no available phone number or direct email. Staff is very short and unhelpful with issues. Never receive pay on the same dates. Never know when your pay will be released to you by them.

    Positive: I have no idea They offer insurance options. They offer insurance for your four legged family members.

    Negative: This company is a complete joke. I am a contract employee of a company that pays us through Wingspan. This company may be dressed up with a big bow on it but its the worst payroll company I've ever dealt with. You can get your paycheck early if you pay 1%. We'll it's not early though. With the old payroll company it was the day after they got the payroll info they paid us never ever an issue. This company will have our payroll info for days before we get paid. THERE IS NO WAY TO CONTACT ANYONE FROM THIS COMPANY AS AN EMPLOYEE. THEY ADVERTISE THEY WILL ANSWER EMAILS OR MESSAGES WITHIN AN HOUR BUT YOUR LUCKY IF THEY GET BACK TO YOU THAT DAY. THEIR ROBOT KNOWS LESS THAN A MOUSE. Their interface is not user-friendly. If you get their payroll Card abd ever have any issue with it being locked for potential fraud then you will spend countless hours over several days to get it fixed meanwhile you are just out of luck if it's on a weekend. No one to help the bank that the card is issued through doesn't even recognize the card as an issued card. There's not 1 good experience I have had when dealing with this company not 1.
