    Summary: Disappointing to say the least. Spent a lot of money to get the tech on site from the Cape to KZN and it was still a mess. They appear to be more interesting in selling the product than giving support.

    Positive: Software seems capable but it had to be customized for our guesthouse. It was a tedious and frustrating endeavor and actually flew in one of the tech to do the setup
    Even after he left some functions were not working properly

    Negative: Reports are unreliable.
    Glitches without reason.
    Suppose to have backup support, at a fee, that is non existing and have to make an appointment to get help. Must be understaffed
    Messages and emails goes unanswered.
    Stock reports misbehave for some reason.
