    Summary: If you install it once you are lucky to have a nice product if you need to reinstall the code will not allow and I have been emailing support for over a week with no resolution in sight
    so their 24/7 support is pure false advertising
    would rate negative stars because of nonexistent service.

    Positive: Good product.
    Works nicely if you install it once and done.
    Export and import functionality is ok.
    Does work as advertised.

    Negative: Nonexistent support.
    They advertise 24/7 but I have been trying to get this installed on my new PC and they have been zero help a full week later and now they completely ignore my e-mails.
