Positive: I've been using WhiteBIT for a while now, and I must say, my experience has been positive. The best part for me is the low fee of 0.078% per day for using funds in margin trading. It's such a relief to see my profits grow without hefty fees eating into them.

And let me tell you, their leverage on perpetual futures contracts is a game-changer. With leverages of x50 and x100, I can make bigger trades and potentially earn more. It's like having a superpower in the crypto world. But risky also.

Negative: One thing that could be improved is the size of the letters on the website. As a pensioner, sometimes it's a bit challenging to read the smaller text. It would be nice if they could make it a little bigger for better readability.

But other than that, I'm satisfied with WhiteBIT's services. It's been a reliable and trustworthy exchange for my crypto activities, and I'm glad to have found it.

Summary: The exchange is pretty decent. Good liquidity, and the new listings are pleasing. It’s convenient for crypto beginners — it was one of the first exchanges I registered on, along with other CEX. I passed verification without any issues. I used to trade actively, but now I focus more on passive income, so I don’t use the exchange’s features as often, except for the lending program and referrals.

Summary: In general, I give the exchange high marks for convenience, simplicity, for service and most importantly for the large selection of trading pairs

Positive: On the recommendation of a friend, I decided to try this exchange, as I had only sat on one before.
And to my surprise I liked it very much, first of all because of its simplicity and communication.

Negative: The only thing I took off a star for is the short list of currencies on P2P, I would like a more extended list and functionality.

Summary: Overall, WhiteBIT does not cover all my trading goals, but a significant part of them. It would especially suit beginners, for whom simplicity and clarity is essential. But mature traders can also find the room in WhiteBIT, in my opinion.
The smooth experience of using it is a bit spoiled by troubled withdrawal. Having that solved would make WhiteBIT get closer to a 5-star rate. Yet I cannot say that those drawbacks are ultimate, as some would not even notice them, but for me they make a difference.

Positive: WhiteBIT stands out by its user interface and customer support. For me, ones became the core advantages, as what I seek in exchange is versatility and user-friendliness. I could tell about fees, deposit and lending options, number of trading pairs and other basic stuff, but these are not cornerstones for me. This aspects are quite same on the most popular exchanges, but not all of them can boast of comfortable user experience. Comfort and security – this is what I prioritise, and this is what WhiteBIT delivered to me.
Customer support is responsive and ready to get down into solving issues. I had almost no delayed answers from them, and they have many channels for getting in touch – and even phone calls. It is really WhiteBIT's strongest point.

Negative: Withdrawal is the aspect that makes a disappointment kick in. As direct transfer into fiat account is suspended, there are only two options left: GeoPay intermediary and P2P Express. The first one has a 5% commission, and the latter one has a bottom line of the funds. By and large, you can't withdraw small sums of money at ease or with no cost.

Summary: My experience is quite positive, for two years there have been no problems or account blocking!

Yes, there were difficulties when it was not possible to withdraw the hryvnia and the reduction in staking interest was not encouraging, but in general everything works and new features are being added.

Positive: Easy to use and test!

Negative: The hryvnia exchange rate for P2P express is lower than on spot!

Summary: I'm a daily user of the WhiteBIT exchange almost a year. And now, I can make the personal conclusions about the features of it. So, it has the user's friendly and simple interface, it absolutely has nothing difficult and that's the advantage. Moreover, company is popular in media and have a big amount of partnerships but from the other side, sometimes the FUD appears around the exchange. Also, I would mention the high level of security and good support, but the last one has to be improved. So, they develop the new networks, features and created the good community in the social networks.

Summary: Good exchange, definitely there is enough work to do, but for me WhiteBIT is a good experience and I would (and did) recommend it.

Positive: My experience was good and clear. I've tried their staking for 90 days and it helped me to make a good and easy profit.
I trust this exchange, I was using it for half a year and it's pretty easy to work with. Also support works really nice.

Negative: I was a little confused when I was logged out, thought it was a mistake, but support helped me. They've said it's part of their security system and I can change it in settings.
