    Summary: Overall they are a good reliable company who have stood the test of time. They have been around long enough to trust completely.

    Positive: I like Western Union because I can depend on them. They have very good customer service and have dealt very well with the very few hiccups I've had through the years.

    Negative: Only available to help during business hours, this can sometimes be a little frustrating.
