He uses git as the single source of truth and makes the entire delivery process deterministic. Werf supports two ways to deploy an app. Converge application using git commit to the Kubernetes. Next, publish application using git commit to the container registry as an application bundle. Finally, deploy the bundle into the Kubernetes. Werf works straight out of the box without any configuration. Werf doesn't require you to be a DevOps/SRE Engineer. There are many guides that will help you quickly deploy your app to Kubernetes.
