Summary: Overall I would say this has allowed us to increase our production capacity whilst maintaining a high level of quality control, The ability to log welds against projects and manage whilst the software simultaneously compiles welders continuity evidence from project data entered has reduced the double handling of data which was a regular occurrence on our old systems. The turnaround time from project completion to handover of final documentation is almost instantaneous now and has removed the labour intensive aspects of this task.

Positive: General functionality and workflow is very clean and has reduced time from project completion to production of final Databook, This has significantly increased throughput and efficiencies within the team. We are now also able to offer 3rd party access to our clients on their projects giving them peace of mind that and additional analytics on current progress as well as access to test reports and project documentation at the click of a button. This feature in itself has been extremely well received by our clients and prospective clients alike

Negative: Some features are not available to user and require WeldTrace to remove data at times if input incorrectly, this in itself isn't a major problem as the technical support is extremely efficient with the only delay being a difference in time zones.
