Welders Log, a cloud-based software for welding procedures, is designed to streamline the management of essential welding documents and ensure compliance with industry standards like AWS D1.1 and ASME section IX. The platform includes forms such as Procedure Qualification Records (PQR), PQR Results, Welding Procedure Specifications(WPS), Welder Qualification Testing Records (WQTR), Non-Destructive Testing(NDT), all enhanced by intuitive features such as pre-populated drop-down list and auto-filled section to expedite the form completion. Users can create custom drawings with the drawing tool built into the platform. They also have access to a library of joint designs and passes. Welders log automatically generates continuity records to maintain welder certifications. It also offers full-text searching functionality for efficient document retrieval. All documents are stored in PDF format, making them easy to share and distribute.
