Positive: Simple. Easy to use, budget friendly, have used it for the last 6 months. Support is also good, instant replies from the team.

Negative: I think they have a small team, they take feature requests and do them but it takes a little time like 15 to 20 per day for a new feature.

Negative: Currently available for single store, waiting for multiple branch.

Summary: Poor performance, as they have shutdown all the sales and service numbers when one can le the problem get resolved.

Positive: None of the Support Contact Numbers are active, Total service is in shutdown mode, not able to operate since last 7 days, Got stuck as unable to answer my customers as the Details got locked by the online software which is not working.

Negative: Tried several times since last 7 days unable to reach both sales and the service Team of Weefix.
