    At one time it was great but is old and out dated

    Summary: In the beginning amazing 10 out of 10, and as of the last year 0 out of 10. Don't do it.

    Positive: I liked that everything was in one spot, and it was easy to use. I have been a member of theirs for years. We are currently looking for new software.

    Negative: Their support told me that they have outdated services. It only works sometimes. There are a lot of downtime and no explanations. It is slow. I can not see my notes many times because it freezes. My internet is at top speed and can not be blamed. Support staff, which at one time was great, are rude and state there is nothing they can do. It is an old system.
