WebGrants was built with flexibility in mind. Every customer can customize their WebGrants implementation to meet their individual needs. Each customer's data is unique and can be used to customize their WebGrants implementation. This includes the data that is captured in applications, reviews grants, progress reports, payments and amendments. WebGrants allows you to create unique forms for each customer, and each customer's program. You can also customize the workflow by customer and program. A program may require approval at two levels, while another program may require approval at four levels.
