    Better CRM than many

    Summary: Good experience with implementation, just wanted more of features otherwise I would recommend this software to all the SMB and Corporates.

    Positive: - Cost
    - Multiple Instances
    - Integration with Justdial, Zapier, Busy, Sulekha, Telephony Provider & SMSes

    Negative: - More features are required
    - More Partners to support
    - More App and features are required
    - Branding is something which is also see needs to be improved as very few people know the product
