    Summary: Terrible and useless.

    Positive: No pros at all, an absolute scam.

    Negative: Absolute scam, I still had to fix 80% of the transcript due to horrible typos. Attempted to contact customer service for two weeks through chat and email but no one responded.

    Summary: A lot of bugs. No feedback available. The support does not respond. None of the promised is done. Disappointed.

    Positive: It is just impossible to upload the transcribed text. The transcriptions are forever pending. Disappointed.

    Negative: No advantages are founded. Just say goodbye to your money.

    Summary: Poor experience and complete waste of time. My transcription never took place. I had to get it done elsewhere.

    Positive: Nothing to say in favor of this service. The only thing that works is their payment system. It processes your payment very smoothly.

    Negative: I purchased 1 hour of additional online transcription time for US $10 as my video ran to about 90 minutes and the free time offered is only 30 minutes. The payment went through smoothly. That is about the only thing that did work. When I tried to upload my file it keeps on endlessly. I tried several times but the upload never completed. I tried the Chat option to contact support. That does not work. I wrote two mails to support - they do not respond at all. How do I get my money back?

    Transcriptions are always pending

    Summary: Poor - the transcriptions I requested for are still pending more than a week later. There are better transcription services out there don't bother with this.

    Positive: The interface is user friendly - but that's not important if the service doesn't deliver at all. You won't get your transcriptions.

    Negative: Transcription services do not work. Even after being refunded in credits the first time, the subsequent orders never get through. Support is seen online but doesn't reply subsequently so the credits I topped up can't be used at all.
