    EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

    Summary: I would highly recommend using this company. I just love that I can call Chrystal and if she does not immediately answer, she will get back to me within the same day. It is very hard to speak to a live body in today's world or to find people that genuinely care about the service they are providing. This company cares and it shows.

    Positive: Excellent customer service. Will always return phone calls and emails promptly. Any user issues were rectified as quickly as possible. Always open to feed back. Application is very user friendly.

    Negative: It would not be fair to just think of something that I didn't like. Any issue was always immediately addressed and most issues were because we were used to using a land line system rather than VOICE OVER INTERNET.
