Summary: I do not recommend anyone buys it and frankly i am pretty worried that they have my card number etc.

Positive: Fake customer service, to trials, no refunds. App doesn't enhance your videos - it makes it look like a cheap cartoon.

Negative: Nothing. App doesn't enhance your videos - it makes it look like a cheap cartoon. The customer service replied in one week with copy-paste nonsense.

Summary: The tool in enhancing old blurry films is good. However, my credits just disappear into thin air is very scary...this is serious matter as its alot of money vanishing.

I thought Vmake should have an IT software able to track the number of credits customers has used? Right now, I feel like being scammed. I do not understand how can Vmake just let my credits vanish like that? It's quite a lot of money.
I would recommend Vmake to my friends due to the pros stated. But credits disappearing is serious matter as its bought by hard earned money. With this serious defect, I would NOT recommend Vmake as I feel scammed.

Positive: Do not need to download software to enhance videos therefore do not take up precious PC space.

Easy to use tools, the video enhancer works well on human faces especially.

Negative: I have bought many credits from Vmake to enhance my old films. I was left with 268 credits on 13 April 2024. But on 14 April, I realized I was only left with 3 credits! I am very sure I did not anyhow use these 268 credits as I saved them to enhance my future films.
Until now, the customer service has not got back to me. They do NOT care about their customers!
These credits are not cheap. It's scary that the credits just vanish out of thin air! Do not believe Vmake when they said your credits can rollover. Its a risk not worthy of! I feel scammed.

Summary: Pixocial Technology (Singapore) is the owner of the vmake.ai website. On March 7, 2024, I purchased a monthly subscription, which, according to their price list, was supposed to provide me with 20 credits / month. Subscription purchase cost $3.99. It's not a lot of money and the company is probably taking advantage of it because no one will fight them legally for such ridiculous amounts of money. As a new user you receive 5 credits for free. Immediately after the purchase, I received an invoice from Pixocial by e-mail for the amount of $3.99, but the number of credits on my vmake.ai account did not increase. It is March 14, 2024 and I still have not received the 20 credits I purchased, even though I wrote the same day to Pixocial asking what is happening with the purchased credits. It looks like no one reads customers' e-mails. I decided to try how their AI algorithm works when enlarging videos to HD resolution. The input file was of decent quality. The result - hopelessness. The image in the video is blurry and of poor quality. They certainly don't use any AI or they use algorithms from 5 years ago. My free video editing program on my PC enlarged this video with much better quality even though it did not use AI. And now the most important thing: There is no information anywhere where I can cancel the subscription. There is only information about canceling subscriptions for mobile devices (via the Google Play Store or App Store), but then what about people who bought a subscription on their website vmake.ai, and not from an intermediary company such as Google Play Store or App Store?
On April 7 they will charge me $3.99 again? For these few dollars, I will go to the bank to block my credit card because I have no intention of paying to internet fraudsters!

Positive: Low price of a monthly subscription but you can't cancel it later and there is no contact with support. They are very good at advertising their product which is actually hopeless.

Negative: No contact with support. It's been 7 days since I purchased the subscription and I still haven't received 20 credits. The quality of the AI Video Enhancer service is terrible. It is not possible to cancel the subscription. There is no information anywhere on how to do this and there is no link to a page where you can cancel your subscription. I'm starting to feel like a person attacked by internet scammers. I paid for a service that was not provided to me. In two weeks my credit card will be rebilled again. The only solution is to contact the bank and block this card.

Negative: I registered myself and and got the free credits that they are giving. then I wanted to try out the website by uploading a video to enhance it. On the site its written to download you need 2 credits. But the download button is not active. I bought 5 more credits and still couldn't download the video. I contacted the support and called but nobody is helping.
