They must be able to work simultaneously with multiple accounts, view customer account information easily, make changes quickly, and collaborate with other customers. VRP reduces errors caused by multiple entries and manual entry. VRP makes messy whiteboards and paper a thing of the passé. Your CSR or Driver generates Work Orders and they automatically flow through every department without any errors. The Planner is a "Outlook-like" calendar that displays all Work Orders and allows for drag-and-drop to modify scheduled time or route.
