very nice app and customer service Date: Oct 20 2025
Summary: I’ve been using this app for more than half a year, and it’s been great so far. It’s easy to use, delivers high-quality downloads, and the updates keep making it even better.
Positive: I really like how clean and easy this program is to use. I can quickly find what I want and download videos and audio in great quality. YouTube videos even go up to 4K, which is awesome. I also download a lot of stuff from Amazon Prime, and it works perfectly. Once I got an error code, but after I contacted support, they fixed it the very next day — super fast and helpful!
Negative: Some websites don’t support direct downloads, but there’s an alternative way to record videos instead. It’s not as straightforward as downloading, but it works when you need a quick solution.

Stay away from this software Edited: Sep 09 2024
Summary: Overall, you can say that if you buy it, you're falling into a trap. The support puts you off and bullies you. Zip files are not accepted.
Positive: There is nothing positive to report about this software. Just stay away from it or you will just get annoyed.
Negative: Stay away from this software. They are scammers and rip-off artists. The software is absolute rubbish. Support always puts you off and there are no results. You can only ask for your money back within 30 days, remember that. Unfortunately I was fooled and my money is gone. The software downloads very, very poor quality. For HDR, 1080p (HD) with 30 fps: 10 Mbps is recommended.

The software only downloads at 2500 Mbps. The picture is so bad that it's no fun watching the film. So stay away. Don't let yourself be ripped off.VidiCable Company Response
