Negative: When I want to change the streaming sites, it is required to restart the program every time to switch to another site.

Summary: I requested a refund a refund after one day of using the app for I found it to dissatisfactory. I continually asked for a refund thru constant emails. The support people gave me the runaround and after 3 weeks, they denied my refund!!!

Positive: It gave access to major streaming channels to download material. It gave step by step instructions to use the app.

Negative: The policies particularly refund policy is a sham. The support staff gives you the runaround to avoid issuing a refund. Bad business practices.

Summary: Please be aware of this company because they can take your money after disconnecting the service.
