Limited & disappointing Date: Sep 13 2021
Summary: It's a big disappointment for a software that seemed so full of potential. Not worth paying for - don't bother.
Positive: When it works, I like that you can make multiple changes at a time - trim, cut, resize, add watermark, touch up colour etc. Customer services are responsive, at least.
Negative: You can only cut to a whole second, not milliseconds. There is no transition to blend cuts. Often the soundtrack gets out of sync & right now they have a bug where even realigning the sound doesn't work, so I have non-working software.

A lifetime licence is about 2 months Date: Jun 27 2021
Summary: Customer Support's mission is to upsell the consumer to more and more expensive packages with no guarantee that the licence will work. DigiArty is basically in the business of selling licences. It'd be more honest business to simply charge for a significant upgrade.
Positive: The software is fast, easy to use, has a simple easy to use menu. Those are characteristics of all competitive software in this field.
Negative: The software is fast but prone to crashes when clearing a queue of completed downloads. The download queue is limited to about 50 files before the progress wheel sins indefinitely. There are times when the status of a completed download is displayed as 0% completed.

The software randomly drops the lifetime full licence code and defaults to the trial mode. The software is buggy. Worse, the lifetime full licence code can only be registered limited times and then it is voided. You will need to buy another licence code through no fault of the enduser. There is no guarantee that another lifetime full licence code will not be voided. In other words, the enduser is held to ransom. The lifetime full licence is a consumer trap.
The Lifetime Full Licence is limited to about 2 months of constant daily use. I don't know if the lifetime licence code is deliberately programmed to expire but that's what it does consistently. In the end, you'll have wasted money you could have used to buy better software.VideoProc Converter Company Response -

Not as advised Date: Jun 02 2020
Summary: Avoid this product. Many other products in this price range that actually do what they say - example VSDC, Microsoft Movie Maker. Customer service is smug when responding to your emails and ultimately could not tell what was wrong with their software even after sending them the error log, equipment log, general log and the video (as a sample) of what could not be processed. "Andy" is no help so if you get an email from him you are doomed. "30 day guarantee" isn't a real guarantee - you are in for a fight if they have your money and their software fails to perform.
Positive: The software seemingly worked in its trial version. Once purchased, the deshake function did not work on any videos. Error logs, hardware logs and general logs sent to these people together with the video has not resulted in any solutions. Waiting for them to confirm a refund is being processed via their "30 day guarantee" although they balk at returning your money. I would avoid this product and this company. Customer service is terrible.
Negative: Customer service - condescending.
