    Summary: Awful. Just deleted the app. Did not block spam calls or texts. If I wanted to have a spam call blocked then I would have to identify it as spam then categorize it. But it would do no good because spammers use different numbers all the time.

    Summary: Horrible! I get over 10 spam calls everyday with this program, got less spam calls without their program (Don't know how that works).

    Positive: Absolutely Nothing! There is nothing positive to say about this non functioning product. I guess the only PRO is Verizon is making g a fortune e off its customer selling an app and service that doesn't work.

    Negative: Allows All Spam Calls Through!
    No Customer Support!
    A Pay Service That You Don't Get What You Pay For!
