Extremely overpriced and horrible service Date: Oct 20 2022
Summary: This has been a horrible process from the get-go. I will be billing my client, and if we lose the work we lose the work. It is ridiculous to be paying over 10K for this!
Positive: None identified at this time and from what I have seen there won't be anything positive to come in the near future.
Negative: Compared to ISN and Avetta which have their own flaws. Veriforce is the worse, bar none. It is in my case 10x the amount we pay for ISN and Avetta. However, if you ask a question or need support Veriforce will ignore your request. The people or AI they have reviewing your documentation have no idea what they are talking about. None of them have any safety training but will tell you how to change your document with 0 regards to how our client actually has us performing services.

An absolute joke of a company Date: Mar 11 2022
Summary: It's a complete joke of a company that over charges and doesn't really provide anything of any use.
Positive: None that I have found.
Negative: Their customer service is horrid. They don't even have enough common courtesy to spell a persons name correctly. Then when you say something about it you are ignored. They also make up fake "compliance" rules and ignore you when you point it out.
