This innovative solution allows users to send and receive faxes and voice communications from any computer connected to a local or global network, provided that the client-side software is installed. The messages that clients create are processed through a designated server, which is one of the networked computers running the server variant of Venta4Net. It is essential for this server to have a modem or multiple modems linked to telephone lines or to be connected to the Internet for VoIP functionality. Additionally, the server can function as an answering machine, capable of receiving both fax and voice messages. Depending on user configurations, these incoming messages can be directed to specific individuals or distributed to multiple users.
