    Summary: Overall, I would highly recommend Vanguard as a retirement partner. Despite occasional long hold times, their low fees and knowledgeable service representatives make them an incredible solution.

    Positive: Vanguard is a simple, powerful retirement solution. It's easy to open and manage an account and the customer service representatives are incredible.

    Negative: There are occasionally very long (60-120 minute) hold times to speak with customer service.
