ValueStreamer is your digital shopfloor management tool. All your KPIs can be pinned to team-specific boards. You can manage deviations directly on the KPI, and also solve binding tasks (PDCA, PDCA, A3Report). All KPIs will automatically be accumulated across all hierarchies.

Great APP for more transparency Date: Dec 02 2022
Summary: It’s perfect for process optimisation and getting more transparency. In my use case it helped to increase the OEE and ROI was less than 2 months. ValueStreamer saves money everyday and helps in communicating in between departments.
Positive: Easy to use and state of art UI - great API and connectivity! Easy to implement and compatible with most business processes.
Negative: It’s not easy to compare dSFM Systems because there are only some systems available that deliver such width of use cases.

Summary: The ValueStreamer is technically well developed and customizable by the user. The functions fit what I need in my daily work as a shopfloor manager and are coordinated with me in an excellent way and adapted to my needs. Visually, ValueStreamer is excellently designed and very clearly laid out. In my work as a manager, the software supports me extraordinarily.

Introduction of the software was done with the support of a coach for leadership topics from ValueStreamer.Negative: Actually, I do not miss anything. But I would recommend a video function as a feature.

Summary: Wouldn't want to work without it ever again - teams in home office and different places aren't easy to lead. With this software it works and can still live the lean leadership principle.
Even supports all other leadership tasks like empowering employees, enable continuous improvement and joint project planning and steering.Positive: Easy to set up and customize, easy to reflect our way of working in it. Browser based - easy.
Enables shop floor management / lean leadership in digital workspaces.
Supports communication instead of trying to replace it. Allows meetings to become really efficient and short, but also effective, helps with deviation management and problem solving.Negative: It's not only a software tool, one has to lead actively with it, then it's really powerful.
