    Bad Product Management/Support

    Date: Jul 25 2024

Summary: As a CTO with a CISSP I view this product as a risk to my org based on the nature of the bugs and the direct impact they had to our compliance journey. 100% do not recommend.

Positive: The interface was streamlined, the support team was kind if ineffectual. The trainings were generally well done and easy for our users to complete.

Negative: They have had several bugs that impacted our organization's infosec team and compliance journey. The most notable was one that impacted our SOC2 audit process by retroactively changing user's completion metrics which dropped us out of compliance and put our audit process at risk.

We ended up in a last minute scramble to solve for this as their team was less than helpful when it came to providing a solution. When presented with other bugs the ability or desire to resolve them was absent, and the ones they did fix often took multiple iterations before the root issue was solved.

    Great product

    Date: Apr 04 2025

Summary: Overall its a great product that I foresee as getting better in the future. The software works well even though it takes a little extra to set up.

Positive: It helps alleviate some of the human error parts of cyber security. You can train employees all you want, but humans still make mistakes. This helps by slapping a big banner on potentially harmful emails thus reminding staff members to use caution when using email.

Negative: Chrome extension cannot be forcibly installed for users with Google workspace.
