Upflow - How deals B2B payment ! Date: Apr 25 2024
Summary: I am confident about the future of Upflow, it's a great product, easy to use and reliable. I think we earn a lot since we have it.
Positive: I like how it's easy to use, the reactivity of the team, the statistic space and the recurring and relevant updates !
Negative: I would like that the connection with pennylane become most powerful. We could not have the payment method. It's impossible to have a task after being paid. (Like to delete an error message or something else.)

Perfect tool to follow up finance matters! Date: Mar 04 2024
Summary: For me, it seemed the perfect tool to be able to follow up my client's financial situation.
Every time I had to meet some of my clients, I used to check if they had paid all their invoices and if there was any note left by any of my colleagues concerning the account.Positive: As Customer Success Manager, I need to be aware about my client's financial situation. It helps a lot!!
Negative: It was not really synchronized with our finance system, or at least, some of the invoices didn't appear unless you recorded them manually.

Good product to automate A/R management Date: Feb 29 2024
Summary: The use case that I covered was automating the collection of AR's including dunning and direct debit.
Positive: The ability to automate the management of accounts receivable for a SaaS B2B enterprise company in a multicurrency multicountry use case.
Negative: Does not integrate with ERP solutions: SAP, Oracle, per se this is not a major problem but it needs to be dealt with externally which is always a tad more cumbersome.

Amazing tool! Date: Feb 29 2024
Summary: Upflow has been an essential tool in our journey to optimize accounts receivable management. The software offers robust analytics capabilities, allowing us to efficiently track and manage crucial information. Upflow has been instrumental in helping us achieve our goal of reducing our DSO. We appreciate Upflow's commitment to innovation and continual improvement, ensuring that our needs are met effectively.
Positive: Using Upflow is a breeze, thanks to its intuitive user interface. The software receives regular updates, and their customer support is top-notch, always ready to assist with any problems you may encounter. Integration with our QuickBooks Online was smooth and swift. I highly recommend Upflow for streamlining accounts receivable collections for any finance team
Negative: One major concern I have with Upflow is its lack of support for partial payments on invoices. I believe this feature is highly valuable for accounts receivable collections, especially when customers are unable to settle the full invoice amount in a single payment.
