UBSplus®, Utility Billing Software, was developed specifically for the Utility industry to simplify customer service, billing and payment collection. UBSplus®, originally written in 1984, is continually being enhanced to meet your growing water, sewage, electric, gas and garbage billing needs. Your payments, adjustments and miscellaneous fees are posted to your customers' account in real-time. A special "Print cash receipts" option allows "cash register style" payment entry for front-window or drive-through collection. The "Print Cash Receipts' option calculates change and prints receipts on a receipt printer. You can search for customer accounts using the "Find" feature. You can search by account number or last name, first, phone number, Social Security number, zip code, etc. Our Auto Sensing Barcode scanner will speed up the payment entry process if your account numbers appear barcoded on your customer invoices.
