    Software Doesn't work, neither does their Tech people

    Summary: Horrible. Horrible, a waste of time. Then they force you to use 100 characters to review pros and cons for this review.

    Positive: Nothing. I didn't need another program just to open pdfs BUT it does do that at least. I am sure the other pros are it forces you to buy from another company.

    Negative: The software didn't work and support interacted with me for a month but actually never did anything except send email here or there with a question but then did nothing and were MIA on the scheduled remote session. Their customer service and techs, just gave the run around, like they were a call service more than anything. Wasted 100.00 and delayed my work.
