    Effective File Management

    Date: Sep 01 2021

Summary: Overall, the staff love the improvements since Paperport was acquired by Kofax. The user interface could use some updating but thats not a functionality issue in the least.

Positive: Much faster than previous versions. Easy to install and navigate, combine, edit, scan pdfs. Seems to load files much faster than its predecessor. Functionality is there. Very reasonably priced.

Negative: As a younger staff member of the group I do NOT like the user interface. I find it confusing and difficult to navigate. It's in a Windows8 type interface, which seems to still have all the functionality just not the flow of newer interfaces and dashboards we mostly see now. But the older generation that used Paperport for the last 15+ years loves it and loves that its basically laid out the same.
