Fixed issues with my iTunes library Date: Mar 27 2024
Summary: I'm so glad I found Tune Sweeper! It completely fixed the issue of my iTunes library duplicating all my tracks. After wasting time sifting through unhelpful support threads, Tune Sweeper came to the rescue. It's worth every penny and has tons of features to boot!
Positive: Easy to use, when you first start Tune Sweeper it will load your iTunes library and scan for issues like duplicates, missing artwork, and tracks with missing song data. It found lots of things to tidy up in my library, I’m happy with the results.
Negative: Can be a little slow removing duplicates but its faster than removing them manually!

Summary: As write previously, Anglia Software sound quite bad as there is not chance to write for urgent help or help to solve a problem no mentioned in the poor options to self-repair your product if failed on instal or to work, I feel highly deceptive. Today I try to activate five times in vain.
Positive: Tune Sweeper is a good tool to erase duplicates, but only in iTunes, There is not indications works at other kind of software as Media Player or VLC. But worst of all is the lack of transparence as there is not chance on write and received answer due the lack of proper window for human contact via email or any other. Wha a mistake invest on this "robotic" company.
Negative: Albeit I paid twice for the same product I still without used so much as every time I do failed after any computer reset forcing me to buy again. (See my file and you will find two payments in the last 6 years).
