Summary: Overall, it has everything we needed from modifying tickets, confirmation emails, recurring events, multiple ticket types etc. All without a developer which was a huge deal to us.

The support helped us anytime we had any questions with using any of these features for our event.

We would like to see more things added, but at the most part it is the most complete system with a lot of customisable options to make sure it will work for any event.

Pro tip: Make sure you use their Learning Centre, they have little how to guides to help get you going with most features. Some complicated issue may require customer support.

Positive: Great customers support that actually took time to explain and walk through creating my event and teach me how to use the new features. Always updating and making the UI better and obviously cheaper than other competitors - the main selling point for me. Plus I can connect my Stripe Account!

Negative: There is a lot of features that you don't know what to do with when you first log in. But at least doesn't take too long learn how to use them, but I wish it was easier to find them all in the navigation bar.

Summary: Very pleasant, after reading through the Learning Centre and having a go creating an event, I was able to fine tune some details regarding my event with the support team on the phone.

Positive: Great customer service.

In-built Mailing system for communicating with registrants.
Simple custom field creation.
CSV export available for reporting.
Mobile Scanning App.

Negative: Can only link one bank account to a TryBooking account.

Summary: Great experience would highly recommend. Signup and getting started was super easy plus the support was better than I have received elsewhere.

Positive: Really affordable compared to alternatives. Has a great create event wizard that means you can sell tickets straight away. Only had to use support once and they answered the phone immediately and were helpful.

Negative: Takes a while to locate all the features, UI is not the same throughout the whole system.

Summary: I would highly recommend. You cannot pay enough for good customer service these days. I was skeptical but now cannot think of using other platforms to run my events and workshops.

Positive: I have used other platforms previously and had trouble assessing my event sales - it was a nightmare. When i rang the TryBooking hotline, i was greeted by a lovely member. We run a mix of free events and paid workshops, it's great to know real people are behind the platform and can offer personalised support when you need.

Negative: Takes a while to get used to it, especially ticket pricing.
Just found out they have a fundraising feature. They should promote their features more.
Overall, I like it. I think there could be additional tools like design templates which would be a plus.

Summary: Highly recommend to others who are new to online events. This was my first online event and the instructions were so easy to follow. I am now planning other events and will be using TryBooking again.

Positive: I used the Learning Centre to set up my event. All my questions were answered. I also called the support team and my call was answered straight away.

Negative: Nothing, everything worked without a hitch. Would suggest this site for anyone who is computer savvy.
