It's impressive functionality allows it to be incredibly easy to use. The Trunao support team is very professional and puts customer satisfaction at the top of their priorities.
Positive: The Organization structure of the forms created and executed is what makes it unique. The Customer satisfaction is important to the support team in which any problems (if found) or questions and concerns are immediately rectified.
Negative: The software has much potential but what is a difficult to deal with is the transition. However, once you figure out the basics, the software is much easier to use.
